Advanced Technology

Microsoft HMC 4.5 (Hosted Messaging and Collaboration)  - At the core of our provisioning system is Microsoft's HMC provisioning system.  Our entire site is built on top of it, and will allow you to scale to millions of users, in addition to offering upgrade paths through the years as Microsoft updates Exchange and other parts.  We currently have the most advance and complete deployment of HMC in the world.  No one else has implemented the entire feature list to the degree we have.  To learn more about HMC, click here.

ASP.Net 3.5 Technology - Our entire system is based upon Microsoft's ASP.Net 3.5.  Our entire site uses all the latest parts of 3.5, to create one of the most easily customizable sites ever.

• Master Pages - Every page descends from at least one master page.  This allows you to change the entire site look and feel in a matter of minutes.  If you don't like the placement of anything, you just change the master page, and the entire site is now reconfigured.
• Themes - Every page uses themes, and new themes can be added very simply.  This allows you to change the color scheme of the site, as well as much of the look and feel, all in a matter of minutes.
• Multi-Lingual - Our entire site is multi-lingual.  Adding a new language can be done in less then a day due to the use of Resource files in ASP.Net 3.5.
• Sub-Forms - Every page in our system, uses sub forms to form the bits and pieces of the page.  This means that if you don't like a small part of a page, you can just go to the subform and change it, without changing the entire page.  In addition, this allows us to add new features easily in the future.
• Drag & Drop - We use some of the latest most advanced interface features for the web.  Between the ability to do Drag & Drop, to the most advanced Gridview, we have an administration interface that does everything.
• Web.Config - Our entire site is customized via the web.config file.  This means that when you go to deploy, you don't need to spend days creating a new database or fine tweaking files, you will just update the entries in the web.config file and you will be live.

Multi-Currency & Multi-Lingual

We are able to handle any number of currencies that you choose.  If you want to handle only one, that is fine.  But if you plan on deploying in other countries, our system was built from the core to handle them.  In addition to handling multiple languages, you can charge, bill and display info in many currencies.  In fact, if you change your culture local (the specific culture that your browser uses) the entire site dynamically regenerates immediately for that language and currency.  Try it out on our site right now... go to the Site Language drop down at the top of the screen, and select another language (or location).  You will see on any page that shows pricing, a change in the currency.

Reseller Focused

We built our entire system with resellers in mind.  The focus on the reseller goes so far as to even allow support teams to communicate as if from the reseller.  Our site dynamically reconfigures for what ever domain the end user enters.  So if the user comes in via widgets.com domain, the site will appear as if they are the Hoster.  There is no page that displays the origin of the service.  Even when bills are issued, they are in the resellers name.  Our system goes farther to allow the reseller to customize then any other system in the business.  They are able to change the flash, news, pricing, logo, theme, contact info, and domains all on one easy screen.  They can set pricing for multiple currencies, and choose which languages they will support.

Fast Deployment

Our system was designed to be deployed very fast.  With very little needed in the way of customization, you can have your own site running in a matter of weeks.  The only caveat to this, is the majority of that time is getting your servers in place, and getting the HMC deployment done.  We can have your entire deployment done in a matter of weeks.  And during that time, we will train you in the use and upkeep of the system.

• Full billing system – that fully supports multiple currencies, and multiple payment processors

• Audit system – every single change made by every user is tracked, and can be pulled up at a moment’s notice
• Domain Registration – allows not only the registration of domains, but also is a full DNS management system (supports Tucows, ENOM, and InterNetX registars).
• Full web site – if you choose, you get more than just a control panel, you get a fully designed website, that you can change and modify. It has every page that a hoster or Telco would need.

Simple Pricing

We offer two ways to buy our system, on a per user basis, or as a one time charge.  Neither one of these plans includes web site customization, which can be negotiated for a separate fee.

• Per User - If you don't want to spend the money up front for our system, you can choose this option as the more cost effective way to allow you to start up the environment.  You only pay $0.45 per user for full Platinum mailboxes, and $0.15 for non MAPI mail users.  There is no fee for Sharepoint sites.  There is also a setup fee of $9,500 that includes all the training, and installation of the software.  Under this plan, you don't pay for maintenance, and you will receive free upgrades, and you get every feature we offer.
• One Time Fee - We can also work with you on negotiating a single price fee.  Depending on the size and scope of your business, we will work with you to tailor the fee.
• We also have the option for making our entire code base available for your use.  For a negotiated fee, you can have access to the entire code base that was developed over 3 years with the work of over 10 people. Please call us for more details.
